Returns

Start a return or exchange here! You'll want to have your order number and shipping zip code in hand. You'll find your order number in your Kortni Jeane Order Confirmation email or on your Packing Slip.
Excluding final sale items, any product that is unused and unwashed, in its original packaging with original tags, and has been delivered within the last 14 days is eligible for a return or exchange. A shipping label will be provided and shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Any items with hair and fur, deodorant, make-up, self tanner, odors, or other stains will not be accepted. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygienic reasons, all Lip + Cheek and Stain Stick products are final sale.
TryNow orders are still subject to our standard return and final sale policies. Customers are responsible for both the original and return shipping fees on TryNow orders. Any shipping or shipping protection fees are non-refundable, even if all items in your Try Now purchase are returned.
Please inspect your item when you receive it as returns that don't follow these guidelines won't be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed.
To return your item, you can ship it at your local post office or place item to be returned in a mailer with your label attached and place in your mailbox with the flag up to be picked up by USPS. Ensure your order number is enclosed so the refund is issued to the correct customer.Return Address:

We will not be able to accept your item back for a refund or exchange your swimmer for a different size, style, or color.

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of being received. Once we have received your package and the return has been processed, an email confirming your refund will be sent.
Refunds are sent from us immediately but can take up to 2 weeks for credit card companies and banks to process them.

Try Kortni Jeane at home! When you check out, we’ll place an authorization hold on your card, but won’t charge you anything. You have 7 days from the delivery of your order to send back any unwanted items. We allow up to 7 extra business days to receive your return and process it before you are charged.

Big Bust Sizing Tips
If you have a bigger bust, here are some tops that our customers love; Swing Top, V Neck Top, and Tied Up Top. Our customers with bigger busts tend to stay away from our Scoop Back Top, Sweetheart Top, and Squared Up Top as they have less support and coverage compared to our other tops. Here are some tips for measuring yourself:
Bust: Measure all the way around your bust at the fullest point of your chest and back.
Waist: Measure at its narrowest point width-wise, usually just above the belly button.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of the hip bones.

When purchasing our Maternity bottoms we suggest ordering your typical bottoms size, as we have designed them to grow outwards with your growing tummy.
Our Maternity bottoms have elastic around the waist and gatherings down the front to accommodate for your belly during each stage of pregnancy. They may fit a little bit looser at first but this should not be too noticeable as the gatherings are designed to fit even during the first trimester!
Orders

You will receive a shipping email once your order is being prepared for shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for your items to ship.
Your shipping confirmation with your tracking number may go to spam or promotions tab (for gmail users). If you need help or have questions please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change any items on an order. However, we have good news! There is a quick and easy way for you to edit your order yourself!
When you placed your order you should have received an order confirmation via email. In this order confirmation, you now have the option to cancel/edit/reorder. If you need to edit your order you can do so through this link!
Your original order will be cancelled and refunded and your shopping cart will be reloaded with all of the items in your original order. This way, you can edit payment info, shipping addresses, and any individual items on your order! You can also cancel your order this way. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will no longer be able to edit or cancel.

Yes we do! We can ship all over the world however international orders are subject to customs fees. When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring that item into the country, it is your country’s sales tax.
We cannot declare your item as a gift, it is illegal and a federal offense in the United States. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirming your shipment. This email will contain your USPS tracking number where you can easily track your package! Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update their shipping information.

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the delivery of your swimmers! At times we have seen a package be marked delivered up to 48 hours before it arrives.
During this time we suggest contacting your local postman because they usually remember if the package was delivered or not, and could possibly even know where it could be! We would also recommend checking with your neighbors to see if the package could have accidentally been delivered to someone else.

We stand behind our products 100% and have an amazing quality control team working hard to ensure the highest quality possible! However, there are some rare cases where a faulty item slips through. We will allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 45 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping

Yes we do! All orders placed before 2 pm MST will be shipped USPS Priority Express mail and will deliver within 1-2 days depending on where you live. Orders placed after 2 pm MST will ship the next business day. Shipping rates will be based on package weight and delivery zip code and will come directly from USPS.
Although we do our best to process orders and ship them to our customers as quickly as we can, we are unable to make any guarantees of delivery dates as once an order is dropped off to USPS, it is no longer in our control.
All orders, including expedited or priority shipping orders, placed during sales + new releases may take a few additional business days for shipping + processing.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped through DHL and USPS. Transit Times:
Free Domestic Standard Shipping - Delivers within 3-8 business days
Priority Shipping - Delivers within 2-5 business days
Express Shipping - Delivers within 1-2 business days (orders placed before 2pm MT ship same day, orders placed after 2 pm MT ship the next business day).

We do try to combine orders whenever possible, however we are not able to guarantee that your orders will be combined. If they are, you will receive the same tracking information for both orders.
Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an affordable guarantee that if your package doesn’t make it to you or is damaged during transit, you will be fully compensated.
Kortni Jeane is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. However, with Shipping Protection applied to each order, we are able to make sure you are compensated. With this package protection you will be fully taken care of.

Restocks

As we try to keep our swimmers as unique as possible, we typically do not restock our swimmers. However, we do launch a new line every 4-6 weeks typically! We also have returns processed daily and there is a chance a swimmer you wished for may come back in stock once the return is processed, however we cannot make any guarantees that the item you are hoping for will come back into stock.
When we release a new line, our previous line will no longer be available for purchase. Popular prints from past collection can make an appearance during our two online warehouse sales each year! We do not have a way for customers to be put on a waiting list for products that are currently out of stock.
As we try to keep our swimmers as unique as possible we have a limited stock made for each release. There are times where old lines appear at our local + online warehouse sales, but we are unable to guarantee a certain pattern/color will be available.

We have two online warehouse sales each year, typically in spring and fall! No worries! If your order has not been fulfilled, you can edit it! When you placed your order you should have received an order confirmation via email. In this order confirmation, you now have the option to cancel/edit/reorder.
If you need to edit your order you can do so through this link! Your original order will be cancelled and refunded and your shopping cart will be reloaded with all of the items in your original order. This way, you can edit your order and add the sale code! Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. Sales include but are not limited to online + local warehouse sales, BOGO, flash sales, coupon codes, Pop Up shops and markets. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it or make any changes to it.

Yes we do! International Orders typically deliver within 10-14 business days but are not guaranteed. Some countries may take longer. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs.

Our software does it best to calculate and apply all duties and taxes at check out but this is not a guarantee. All international orders are subject to duties and local taxes. Please check with your local authorities for current rates and applicable taxes. We can not send items as "gifts".

Your 7-day trial begins once your items are delivered! We’ll authorize your card at checkout, which sets aside funds for the full amount of the order as a pending hold. But you won’t be charged until after your 7 day trial period ends.

No, final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange with our Try Now program.
If purchasing other items through our Try Now program, the entire total of your order will be authorized on your card including your final sale items. BUT final sale items will not be eligible for return or exchange and you will be charged for them at the end of your trial.

Discounts work the same way with TryNow items as they do with BuyNow items! When you arrive at the checkout, make sure to enter the discount you are wanting to use in the space that says “Gift card or discount.” Once your trial is over, we will only charge you for that discounted price should you choose to keep any items.
Any sales or discounts that make an item FINAL SALE, are not eligible for return or exchange even if purchased alongside other Try Before You Buy products. You will be charged for these items at the end of your trial. -
We track when the package was delivered to your house, which starts the trial period. You have until the end of your 7-day trial period to postmark returns!

We validate your card with an authorization for the full amount of the order. You'll see this pending authorization on your statement, but rest assured, that's not a charge! We'll only charge your card for the items you decide to keep at the end of your trial period.
These authorizations are refreshed periodically. When one authorization expires, we re-authorize your card, which ensures we're able to charge your card at the end of the trial period for what you keep. Some banks take a few business days to drop the original authorization, so you may see two pending holds for a day or two. Rest assured, we will only charge you for the items you keep after you’ve had a chance to try them!
If the authorization fails, our system will automatically charge your card as a part of our fraud prevention protocol. However, our regular return policy is still in effect! If there are items you’d like to return, you are still eligible for a refund!

An authorization is a temporary hold on your card for the cost of the items you’re trying. Similar to hotels, gas stations, and grocery pick-up, we use an authorization to guarantee the safety of purchases through this program.
Our Try At Home program is enabled by our partner, TryNow. If you checkout with a Try At Home item, TryNow coordinates payment so that you are authorized for all items outstanding, but only charged for the items you love.

The authorization stays on your card for the extent of your trial (with extra time for your unwanted items to be received). At that point, your card will release the hold and charge only for what you chose to keep and any shipping fees which are non-refundable.

You have an extra 7 days from when your trial ends to have your unwanted items arrive at our warehouse before we charge your card. Once the items are returned, we inspect and update your order status so you are only charged for the items you choose to keep. Shipping fees including shipping protection are non-refundable and will be charged at the end of your trial even if all items are returned.
Be sure to review the return policy for item condition requirements. If we determine items do not adhere to our return policy, you will be charged.

You are welcome to send any eligible items you don’t want back to us! You can start your return process here. When creating your return, select to return for a refund. Rather than receiving a normal refund, you will see the authorization on your account will be released within a few business days (bank processing time). You’ll only be charged for what you keep along with any shipping fees.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, even if purchased alongside your Try Now items.

If you decide to send back your entire order, the authorization will remain on your card until your returns are processed. Once your return is processed the authorization will drop from your card and you will only be charged for any shipping fees.

At the end of your trial period, the authorization will drop and you will be charged for the items you kept. If you would like to have that charge go through sooner, you are welcome to Contact Us to have that trial changed and the charge moved up for your order.

Our standard return policy is still in effect. You can send item(s) back for a refund, as long as the return is postmarked within 14 days of the delivered date for your package.

If you are charged before the end of your trial, this is due to your card failing a reauthorization. Don’t worry, our regular return policyis still in effect! Should you choose to return your items, you can do so through our normal returns process to receive a full refund.
