#kortnismunch is always our favorite event of the year, because we get to go full Halloween and celebrate our favorite holiday with some of our amazing local friends! This year, we gathered as classic Halloween ghosts and ghouls to enjoy a night of spooky food, music, and of course shopping for swimmers! Tag along as we recount this party of the year + how it all came together. But be warned, you may end up wanting to throw one of your own!
We have so much fun coming up with decorations for The Munch, and this year's theme did not disappoint! Our very own Warehouse made the perfect space for Kortni's Munch, parking lot included! You can completely transform it into anything you can dream up! Our entryway turned into a haunted mansion overnight complete with gravestones, spooky creatures, and streamers. As you enter, gone are the office chairs + desk, to make way for witch hats hanging from the ceiling, spooky eyes staring into your soul, as well as a fortune telling lip + cheek bar. Next we set up the cutest ghosty balloon arch with an ominously fun warning to “Enter if you dare” into our cemetery of swimmers! As you made your way through the spooky path, you were met by the funnest and spookiest cemetery covered with cobwebs, spiders, a ghosty photo wall, and boxes on boxes of swim pieces for one and all. All in all, it was a spooky good time!
Frankenstein and his bride made quite the couple! Kortni and Nico's costumes made us all laugh, especially with the little skeleton on Kortni’s arm. The rest of the KJ team dressed up as skeletons, witches and even Beetlejuice to match the classic eerie ambiance. As our guests arrived we couldn't have imagined more creative ideas! Some of our favorites of the night included cute witches, comfy skeleton onesies, and sheeted ghosts. It's just too much fun for us to still dress up as adults, and we'd even dare to say we go even crazier for Halloween now than ever!
53 Catering outdid themselves yet again! This spread was to die for! (See what we did there?) Imagine that spookiest and yummiest charcuterie spread complete with skeletons eating and laying across all the food. The entire table blew us away and was even more delicious than it looked! Every little detail was perfect for a classic Halloween party like this! Can you guess every single food included on this charcuterie table?

We especially want to thank everyone who contributed to make this the best event of the year! These companies are pure gold and we love working with them year after year! A huge thank you to:
