DIY Milk Bath

- Oats are safe and effective in treating various skin issues, including itchy and rashy skin. Oats also have moisturizing, cleansing, antioxidative, and anti-inflammatory properties.
- The evaporated milk blends with your hot bath to create a luxurious soak that’s soothing for your body & spirit
- The Epsom salts help relieve stress and sore muscles.
- Baking soda naturally detoxifies the body and will leave your skin wonderfully soft

Lavender Milk Bath
- ½ cup oats
- 2 cups powdered milk
- ½ cup Epsom salts
- ¼ cup baking soda
- 20 drops lavender essential oil (optional)
- Blender
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon
- Sealable container
- Begin by pouring oats in the blender and pulsing until they are finely ground.
- Measure and add the other dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, along with the ground oats.
- Stir dry ingredients to break up any clumps.
- Take things to the next level with 20 drops of lavender essential oil, and mix again
- Pour mixture into a sealable glass jar, and the relaxing milk bath is ready to use!
- To use, add ¼ cup mixture to hot running water + relax!
Honey Rose Milk Bath
- ½ cup dry milk
- ½ cup dried rose petals
- ¼ cup ground oats
- ¼ cup pink himalayan salt
- ¼ cup baking soda
- 1 cup honey
- Combine dry ingredients and pulse in a blender until you have a fine powder
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients and pulse again
- Pour mixture into a sealable glass jar, and the relaxing milk bath is ready to use!
- To use, add ¼ cup mixture to hot running water + relax!
- Add fresh rose petals for an extra beautiful touch
